Trademarks are valid in the countries where they are registered. Applications can be made in a number of ways to countries where registration is sought. 

Individual Country Application
 
Trademark registration will be applied to the Patent Office of the registration country. This is what we have called is Individual Country Application and  It is obligatory to apply to those offices through a referred country deputy. .
 
Madrid Protocol ( WIPO )
 
Trademark registration is possible around 100 countries where you will use a single application and a single language with the Madrid Protocol. According to the Madrid protocol, in order to obtain international trademark registration, a registration or registration application must first be made in the country of the marking country. Since they examine separately in the framework of the protocol, the adversity in one country does not affect other countries.

 
Trademark of European Union ( EUIPO)

The Union Trademark System is a trademark registration system covering the entire member states of the European Union. It is possible to have a trademark registration in 27 European Union countries with a single application on a single label in the trademark registration system with the Union  brand.


Trademark of African  Union (OAPI) 
Trademarks registered in the OAPI are the ones of the African countries; Benin, Burkina Fasso, Central African Republic, Cameroon, Chad, Congo, Ivory Coast, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Guinea, Guinea Bisseau, Mali, Mauritania, Nigeria, Senegal, Togo.
